Leading and implementing testing and operational transition/acceptance of all projects that pass the Solution Acceptance Review and DCO greening/acceptance processes, including: ensuring compliance with all change requests within the overall technical architecture and maintaining all specifications, configurations and requirements for integration of the infrastructure components. Providing technical expertise and reporting to: develop and/or guide others in developing/implementing improvements to the use of tools & automation ensuring that systems are at an acceptable level (current -1) of firmware, patches and IOS levels, and all systems are aligned to vendor recommended software/patch/firmware levels. This includes: supervising the ongoing day-to-day change and maintenance activity on Data Centre Operations infrastructure helping users manage change providing change-related support and providing Tier 3 client service for systems activities such as perform solutions and server acceptance of new ITS projects being released into the ITS supported environments. Providing ongoing client service regarding operational, technical and service aspects of stakeholder relations. Providing technical support and coordination for ITSs data centre operations systems management, administration and pro-active maintenance. Within a complex multi platform and multi protocol environment in ITSs data centre operations 24/7/, mission-critical environment, the incumbent is responsible for: 1. To provide related analytical services for systems administration initiatives. To perform a variety of advanced systems administration and related project activities that support ITSs 24/7/365 operations in a multi platform and multi protocol environment.
